We’re in the community every single day answering questions and supporting you inside the group channels. Please be patient with us and expect a 24–48 hour response time, and don’t forget to tag us in your posts so we see them.
That being said, not every single post will receive a direct reply from me or my team. These community spaces are here for support from us and from your fellow stylists, so lean into the group.
If you have a more crucial or time-sensitive question, please submit it for our live group Q&A calls, where we can dive deeper and make sure you get clarity.

Think: a walk, Pilates, a quick gym sesh. Heck, I’ve even danced around my kitchen with my kids for my “something for my body.”
